Dear Friends,

As we near the end of our semester, I find myself reflecting on how far we’ve come in just one year. This time last year, we simply had a vision for what a spring semester of Arts Academy could be. Today, we are preparing for our very first spring showcase.

Along the way, we also had the joy of hosting our very first World Down Syndrome Day celebration last month. More than 250 of you joined us, and it was a powerful reminder of what makes this community so special. The same spirit of joy, belonging, and wholehearted participation we experienced that day is the very foundation of our Arts Academy and all that we’ve built together this semester.

I am deeply grateful for the staff and team who brought this vision to life and for those who stepped forward to serve in new and meaningful ways. Time and again, I am reminded that it is this community—your support, your belief, and your participation—that makes everything we do possible.

I hope to see you all at our inaugural spring showcase next week as we celebrate what has been created together

With deep gratitude,

Jared Anderson

Executive Director

Choir Performed at the Colorado March for Life

The Friends of Club 21 Choir had the honor of signing the National Anthem at the Colorado March for Life in Denver last week.  We are so proud of our choir members, who represented our community with grace and courage—true Colorado troopers, singing their hearts out through the freezing temps and pouring snow by the time they took the stage.

Celebrating every life as a gift is central to the Down syndrome community, which continues to be disproportionately impacted by abortion. Our choir served as a visible reminder of the preciousness and beauty of every life.  We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to share their gifts on such a meaningful stage.
